哈囉，歡迎收聽Talk Taiwanese Mandarin，我是Abby。
今天我想要跟大家聊「斷捨離」這個話題。這個詞我在蠻久之前的一集有提到過，在「極簡主義」那一集，也就是minimalist那一集有簡單的提到，但今天我想要好好的來聊這件事。這集比較是聊我自己的內心話，比較個人的分享。現在在錄這一集的時候，我剛過完我的生日，12月對我來說一直都有特別的意義，除了因為這個月有很多節日，聖誕節、新年，它也是我的生日，還有一年的最後一個月。所以這個時候我都會好好的來回顧這一年我做了什麼事、發生了什麼事，每次一回顧就會覺得：啊，原來我今年做了那麼多事啊！今年又是很精彩的一年。或是說：今年發生了好多事，真是辛苦了之類的。
「斷捨離」這個主題我想要聊很久了。我覺得在今年的最後一集聊這個非常的適合，它是我這一、兩年來很大的一個體悟，也可以說是我學到的一件重要的事，所以想要跟大家分享。
