今天這集我想要跟大家分享一下，算是我最近改變的一個生活習慣。
其實以前我都不會做飯，大概是在幾年前才開始嘗試想要自己做飯。主要的原因是因為健康吧，覺得外食很方便、很便宜，但是就是要注意健康的問題。我覺得大部分的外食都沒有那麼健康，也是有健康的飲食。最近可能越來越流行這種健康飲食，但是大部分的外食還是沒有到非常的健康，反正這個是我有開始想要做菜的一個原因。
但是一直都是斷斷續續的吧，因為做菜我覺得不容易，蠻難的。我覺得我在這方面還蠻笨手笨腳的。然後我在這方面又比較隨性吧。例如這個食譜說：什麼材料要加多少，什麼醬要加多少。在這方面我都隨便加，結果做出來的樣子，就覺得：嗯，怎麼跟我想像或是食譜的圖片差那麼多。然後吃起來也覺得：我怎麼又做出這種黑暗料理？就是不好吃的東西。
