今天這一集，我們要聊的話題是樂觀還是悲觀。你是一個樂觀的人還是悲觀的人呢？樂觀就是想法比較正面，比較會往好處想，比較不會去擔心壞事的發生。悲觀就是你比較會去想到不好的那一面，覺得事情可能會往負面的那方進行。那這只是大概的解釋，今天我就找了我的朋友Olga來跟我聊聊這個話題。這集其實已經是去年錄的，我記得是去年過年的時候，我在初二就去他家找他錄，拖了蠻久才發，因為剪這種聊天的一集非常的累，花很多時間，不過終於可以跟大家分享這一集的內容。
